The illustrations of Lalalimola are alive; her characters, sometimes defined with just two lines, move through the page with the tranquility of living in their own world, in movement and even when we stop looking at them. Her work is detailed, her colors are fun, her style invites the reader to play ... and she meets the deadlines! It's a pleasure to work with her and her drawings never cease to surprise.

Diego Areso, Art Director at El País

Lalalimola brings professionalism and tonnes of fun to her projects, which comes across in her stylish and vibrant illustrations. She approaches the page playfully, with a strong sense of design and has a fantastic and intuitive use of colour. She is a joy to work with, very thorough and diligent when meeting deadlines, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working with her.

Charlie Bowden, Managing Director at Pickled Ink Illustration Agency

Lalalimola is the illustrator of a lifestyle and opinion fix section of the magazine. We tell her a very simple briefing each month and she contributes to the page with her own bright, colorful and clever point of view. Her drawings enrich the contents making them more attractive and appealing to the reader. It is a pleasure to work monthly with Sandra. And she always meets the deadline!

Sara Ocón, Graphic Editor at Vanity Fair Spain

I worked with Sandra on a picture book called A Home for Gully. We chose her as her samples for the book were so wonderful and she had put together an amazing mood board for her vision for the book. After a lovely face-to-face meeting to discuss the book in Oxford, we saw the book take shape with Lalalimola’s signature retro artwork that was full of style and emotion.
